Responsibilities

• • The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and other specimen collections while ensuring the highest level of patient care
• • This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and medical terminology, as well as excellent patient service skills
• • Perform blood sampling and specimen collection in accordance with established protocols
• • Ensure accurate labeling and processing of specimens for laboratory analysis
• • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and infection control standards
• • Monitor and record vital signs as necessary during patient interactions
• • Provide exceptional patient care, addressing any concerns or questions regarding the procedure
• • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and accurate results
• • Stay updated on laboratory techniques and advancements in phlebotomy practices

Work Hours

Evening shift, Mon - Friday, Weekends as needed

Qualifications

• • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and medical terminology
• • Familiarity with hospital settings and patient service protocols
• • Ability to perform specimen collection processing with precision and care
• • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on patient interaction and comfort
• • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
